Fifth Dimension Consulting Engineers is a locally owned structural engineering company with a collaborative approach, getting everyone on the same page. Working in the spaces in between the obvious, they ensure that a client’s ideas transform into something truly spectacular.
Logo.
The thinking
CONNECTING SPACE
The logo’s two utterly simple shapes, a semi-circle and a dash, not only represent honesty and integrity but reflect the force that holds our lives together representing the fifth dimension. They never drift apart, nor collide but remain stoic, in place, tied together; able to project their true form.
The dash above also represents the level of quality work, how the client operates at the higher plane. And on a more abstract level, it’s floating above, unable to be seen in the every day, representing the physics version of the fifth dimension.
The two components to the shape also represent the coming together of ideas, clients, knowledge. A meeting place of concepts that transform from fragments to tangible forms.

The website needed to be simple, effective, and convey a high level of professionalism. The main purpose of the site was to showcase the folio of fantastic work.
Business cards.
Maximising the concept of ‘connecting space’ the inspirational paragraph—that the client wrote himself,—sits snugly into the curve of a bold edge to edge 5.
